I stumbled upon Diana Gabaldon’s great rant regarding fanfiction, shortly followed by George R. Martin’s own post on the subject – which had me thinking. “What does my number one favourite author think, then?”
So I googled it – and found this. A little burst of joy regarding a yaoi fanfiction that made me laugh out loud.
Thank you for not taking this so bloody seriously. Thank you for keeping your humour intact despite all the pressure that your (undoubtedly) huge fanbase must put on you. Thank you for not worrying about being politically correct; and first and foremost – Thank you for not being afraid.
