He's a Brit author I believe who has huge tomes of the best level of fantasy (In my mind) also Glen Cook's new series is pretty good (And of course the old Black Company if you have never read..). </></>Also the guy that said Abercrombie, very good, I have the third book here waiting to be read (I order from over seas) Joe Abercrombie.
