Also if you can’t make it to Miscon.miscon.org then how about a reading/signing in Missoula. The weather is just like Wisconsin. Well for right now it is anyway. By the way in case you haven’t heard it enough by now. NOTW………best effing book I have read to date. And that’s 30 years o’readin at this point. Keep it up and i’ll be reading these books to my newborn son when he gets older.

Pat,I’m thinking you need to experience the rabid fans of your book who reside in Montana. More specifically Missoula Montana. Miscon 23 is in May. I believe that it begins May 22nd. Michael Stackpole will be there as well as C.J. Cheryjh (i don’t think i spelled that correctly, but weren’t you talking about typos? Sausage Fingers unite! As good as those authors are, having you show up would make the convention as far as I’m concerned. Anyway I’m currently trying to spread the gospel of NOTW to as many folks as i can. Hopefully soon you will have enough minions to take over the world.

Dude, I don’t even have to retreat to some man cave of isolation when i want to write. I live is Mississippi…theres hardly such thing as a social life here lol.We do have a borders though, (my heifer of life sent from God), haha, one that is just begging for you to come do a signing at.

Ah, frozen-wilderness writing isolation sounds <>marvelous<>. I have a fantasy writing cabin in the mountains where there is no internet access and where the woodland creatures and elves leave gifts of banana bread on the doorstep. Now I’m very curious about where your secret Northwoods lair is. My family’s cabin is on Lower Eau Claire Lake, about 20 miles north of Hayward on 27. I hope you enjoy your time up there as much as I do….it’s my favorite place in the world.
