A Harry Potter Discussion, Featuring Orson Scott Card and … Me?

Due to a surreal series of events, I’ve been invited to have an online discussion with Orson Scott Card about the upcoming conclusion to the Harry Potter series.

So… yeah. One of my favorite authors and me talking about the biggest fantasy series ever. No pressure, right?

Over the next two weeks, both of us will be posting several blogs on the subject, leading up to the release, and following after.

If you’re interested in reading it, and participating in the ensuing discussion in the comments section, c’mon over. The first set of blogs have just been posted OVER HERE.

Share and Enjoy,

pat

hey pat i don’t know if you even look at old blogs but in case you do i have to tell you that i read your blogs about harry potter and i distinctly remember reading in one of the books (i don’t remember which) harry does think about giving his money to the weasleys but he knew that they would never except it. i am talking about the family as a whole not the twins, besides he gave them their starting capital because had been expelled and getting a job at the ministry of magic would be difficult if they hadn’t finished school. the twins had ideas but no real capital. and after all making people laugh when times are tough is one of the noblest things you can do. at least i my opinion.
